No More "Item Must Be Place So Far From Other Item" limitations

Particularly with trees, energy sources, and farming furniture/equipment, I want to be able to place things more freely and closer together for aesthetic purposes. I hate that my water trough has to be so far from my chicken coop, which has to be so far from my pig pen. I want more freedom with design and placement.

PenstemmonIRL beehives are placed very close together, multiple animals occupy a single barn, and feeders are typically close to the barn. I do like the individual shelters, but I would like to place them a bit closer together.
I would also like to see the front of the animal shelters always stay above ground and the back side adjust to the landscape to allow for placement in more areas.
