  It is a little silly that the box under the drone that is roughly equal in size of 2 storage crates is only a base and the drone can only carry 2 stacks of the item they are collecting. I would love to see an inventory capacity in the drone base so that the drone can make more than one trip to fill it before stopping. Possibly as an upgraded drone?

  Add automation so drones can pick up materials from one place and deliver them to another (like chests and furnaces).

  Being able to program a route for them if you drop a drone marker at a chest, for example, would be a huge QOL improvement. Having to fly to an island to re-tag a drill crate if I accidentally assigned it to some random box (way too easy to do) completely defeats the purpose of having the drone.
